Soy Shallot Vinaigrette from Mark Jensen

Use as a dressing for ANY steamed or grilled green veggie. So Good!

3 Tbls sherry vinegar
3 Tbls finely chopped shallots
4 tsps lemon or lime juice
2 tsps soy sauce
2 tsps Thai fish sauce
1 tsp galic chili paste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup nut oil (peanut, hazelnut)
