Fish with Red Sauce


1 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced

6 chopped tomatoes
2 Tbls lime juice
4 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 chili peppers, thinly sliced.

Saute the onion and garlic until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve over fish.
