Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts from Jakki
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach
1 package Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
4 green onions, chopped
Mix well all but the bread, and let set several hours in the refrigerator.
Hollow out a large round loaf of bread. Save the chunks.
Serve the dip in the bread bowl, with the bite-sized bread chunks on the side.
