Hot Mustard from Julie Cantrell

1/4 cup Coleman's hot mustard
1 1/2 Tbl cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar

Mix the mustard with a little water.
Add in the cornstarch, salt, and sugar with the rest of the water.
Add the vinegar.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, until it's thickened and clear.
Remove from the heat and cool.
Add the mustard.
